How far in advance should I place a custom cake order?
For custom designs and specialty occasion cakes, we require at least 72 hours' notice to ensure our bakers have ample time to perfect your order.
How should I store my cake after pickup?
Most of our cakes should be kept refrigerated until 30-60 minutes before serving. Specific storage instructions are provided with each order.
Do you provide local delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our bakery locations for a flat delivery fee.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Are your facilities nut-free?
While we offer products without nuts, our bakery handles peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.
